Bayside Businesses
Getting your business up and running does not stop once you’ve purchased store/office space and finished setting up. You need to start building your brand, increasing visibility and connecting with your target audience. A great way to start is with advertising.
Bayside offers several advertising options around the city to help drive traffic to your location. In city, you will find billboards and bus stop advertisements. These options are available to anyone who rents in Bayside. Whether you have a restaurant, a store front, or an at-home business. You are welcomed to advertise on any in-city ad board for half the price of our public advertisements.
In addition to city advertisements, active businesses are also welcome to posting options in Discord and our city’s role play groups. Please apply for business registration in Discord for access. *Note, this is only for businesses who have a regular operating schedule. You must generate role play at the location for access to sending notices in world, a business owner role in Discord that allows permissions in additional channels.
All Bayside businesses are welcome to promote their businesses via chat in Discord and our in world role play group.
Remember, you always want to actively promote your business to Bayside visitors, role players and residents to keep the buzz going. We always recommend staffing your business so your employees can help in this effort and be at your location when you are not. Businesses with active staff on duty perform substantially better than all other businesses.
Be sure to also utilize social media to bring attention to your business. Always link to the SLURL so people can teleport directly where you want them to go and of course tag Bayside City socials so we can repost.
Non Bayside Businesses
Non-Bayside businesses are also welcome to advertise. We have a landing office in our Downtown Bayside sim where you can rent ad-boards. Pending availability, you may also find larger boards and billboards at The Bloc also located downtown. We do not offer any sort of group advertising in Bayside but we do offer opportunities for satellite locations that will open you up to the various ad options Bayside businesses have available to promote your in-city satellite and your main location. To start your satellite or franchise, find a location suitable for you. If you are interested in any of the locations with a “sponsor” label or would like help finding a suitable location, please submit a ticket in Discord so we can explore your options.
Interior Decorators
We have ad boards in the Bayside City realty office. You are welcome to promote your services if you have an active ad board in the office. We will also refer realty clients to you if they are in need of a decorator.
