You’ll find a free hud at landing that will give you life stats – hunger, water (thirst), energy, health, hygiene, cheer (fun), continence (bladder).  You will find things around town to satisfy all of these needs.  There is a full list of everything Xeolife enabled, you’ll find Xeo food in the market and the soon-to-open Food Court Park.
