First Bayside City Missing Person Since 2013 as New Residents Migrate to the City

May 11, 2020 – Bayside City. Bayside PD has been ramping up over the past couple of days.  It was rumored the department was preparing a task force for the first missing person case in nearly a decade.

Vince Montier was reported missing Friday afternoon after not reporting to work at SLBNB. Friends, family and colleagues had not been in contact since Thursday evening.  Those who know Vincent mention he has gone on a few benders and usually shows up after a weekend of partying but he’s never missed work because of it.

When asked if there was any chance he simply left town, Montier’s longtime friend Emily Frankie stated, “Vince has never left Bayside.  He simply cannot, if you know what I mean.”

Family members who were able to access Montier’s home located his phone and wallet, noting it was highly unlikely for Montier to leave home without these.  However, his car and car keys have not yet been located.

When asked if Bayside PD was ramping up for the Montier case, officials highlighted the ramp up was in response to a recent migration to Bayside City and they were “closely monitoring the whereabouts of Vince Montier.” 

While Mortier has gone missing, it seems an even bigger group has found their way to Bayside. The SSP, Society of Spiritual Practitioners, have made an official offer to provide any resources needed for these alleged new migrants.  “Many of these new residents have come to Bayside in a familiar fashion, none of which have any recollection of how they arrived here or life before Bayside,” says SSP VP Patricia Horbo. 

Bayside PD however, has stated all new Bayside visitors and new residents are migrants from other cities and there has been no indication of lost memories.  “We are proud and excited of the new interest in Bayside.  Conspiracies have been circling Bayside for sometime but the truth of the matter, residents who cannot remember life before Bayside have simply been here their entire lives. We’re happy they are proud to call Bayside home,” says Bayside PD Detective Don Reynolds.
