Hey Second Life Family,

I’ve been putting a lot of thought into the future of Bayside, and I want to ensure this incredible city continues to grow and thrive alongside the ever-evolving world of Second Life. After careful reflection, I’ve decided it’s time to take an exciting step forward to secure Bayside’s bright future.

For over four years, Bayside has been my passion project—a vibrant city built with love, creativity, and dedication. It has become something truly special, a community where people visit, work, play, and live. While I still have so many ideas and plans for Bayside, I need to be realistic about my time and the direction my journey as a content creator is taking me.

As much as I love this city, I believe Bayside deserves leadership that is active, engaged, and fully present in Second Life. That’s why I’m thrilled to share this exciting opportunity: I’m looking for a co-owner to join me in shaping the future of Bayside!

What I’m Looking For

I’m seeking an active Second Life resident who shares my passion for Bayside and wants to help bring this vision to life. Specifically, I’m looking for someone who:

• Loves Bayside and respects its unique aesthetic and vibe.
• Has an interest in community building, hosting events, or supporting roleplay initiatives.
• Can take the lead on day-to-day management of rentals, including:
  • Advertising vacant homes and assisting renters.
  • Working with and managing real estate staff.
  • Maintaining parcels and ensuring rentals run smoothly.
• Is ready to actively promote Bayside through Second Life social media, groups, and forums.
• Brings strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for creating a welcoming community.
• Is prepared to invest in this journey, sharing financial responsibilities and profits equally.

What to Expect

• Time Commitment: While there’s flexibility, I’m looking for someone who can actively engage with Bayside and its community regularly. Whether it’s daily involvement or a structured weekly presence, we’ll work together to create a schedule that works for both of us.
• Financial Investment: This role requires an initial buy-in for co-ownership and a commitment to covering 50% of ongoing expenses.
